Job Description
As a Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter you ll be at the forefront of our client s business development efforts. You ll use your excellent communication skills to engage potential clients qualify leads and set appointments for the senior sales team. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients using provided scripts
Conduct strategic email outreach to complement phone communications
Qualify leads based on specific criteria identifying highpotential opportunities
Schedule appointments for qualified leads with senior sales team members
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system updating contact information and call outcomes
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls and appointmentsetting
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude
Selfmotivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency with technology including CRM systems and online calling platforms
Resilience and positive attitude when handling objections or rejections
Basic understanding of the real estate market (preferred but not required)
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Availability to work 20 hours per week
