We are on the lookout for an experienced Credit Controller to join their dynamic Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forwardthinking business that values worklife balance offering flexibility for those with caring responsibilities or other needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating directly with clients and business owners via email and telephone
- Using software to send statements and maintain accurate records (training provided)
- Collaborating with internal managers partners the Head of Finance and the CFO
- Developing and managing payment plans
- Resolving customer queries and escalating where necessary
- Processing card payments
- Managing escalations of debtors for legal action when required
Requirements
About You: Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Control
- Familiarity with legal procedures (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience working within a B2C environment
- Previous accounts experience (desirable but not required)
