Job Description
Ensuring that the preparation station and kitchen were set and stock is updated.Make sure that food preparation and storage areas meet health and safe standards.
Report to executive chef and follow instructions.
Cooking menu items with the support of kitchen staff.
Able to perform tasks with accuracy speed and attention to detail.
Requirements
v Proficiency in basic cooking techniques such as grilling frying saut ing and baking.
Teamwork and communication skills essential for collaborating with kitchen staff.
