Job Description
Role: IBM Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant
Location: ALPHARETTA GA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Description: IBM BPM
Competencies: Business Process Management (BPM)
Experience (Years): 68
Essential Skills: IBM BPM
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop BPM applications using IBM BPM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create process models workflows and user interfaces.
- Integrate BPM solutions with existing systems and databases.
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure solution effectiveness.
- Provide support and maintenance for BPM applications.
- Train endusers and create documentation for processes and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BPM.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IBM BPM Developer/Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of IBM BPM tools and features (e.g. IBM Business Process Manager IBM Integration Bus).
- Proficiency in Java and web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Experience with process modeling workflow design and business analysis.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
