Job Description
Microelectronics Production Assembler in McKinney TX
Shift: 10:00PM06:30AM
Training will be held at: 13510 N Central Expy Dallas TX 75243
Description:
The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team that is involved with microelectronic components. Duties can include manual assembly tasks solder operating semi and automated processing equipment operating ovens using a microscope to perform and inspect work sitting and standing for prolonged period following detailed written work instructions from a computer using our Factory Operating System (FOS) create nonconformance in FOS and performing rework.
Required Skill Sets:
o Job duties require hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
o The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
o Must have the ability to read and interpret written work instructions and engineering drawings.
o Must be able to communicate effectively multitask and be flexible with the work as needed.
o Able to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established proven process and to perform inprocess inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
o Microelectronic assembly and rework experience. Hand solder experience with microelectronics.
o Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards
o Effective time management skills are a must.
o U.S. Citizenship

o Positive attitude and teaming skills needed.
o Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.
Education Level Required:
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Years of Experience Required: minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
