Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Telephony Project Manager to lead the implementation upgrade and optimization of telephony systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will manage crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of telephony projects from planning and design through deployment and postimplementation support. This role requires strong leadership communication and technical expertise in telephony systems and VoIP technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of telephony projects including planning design testing implementation and support.

Develop project scopes goals and deliverables that align with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

Oversee the integration of telephony systems (e.g. VoIP PBX IVR contact center solutions) into existing infrastructure.

Coordinate with technical teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project .

Develop and manage project budgets timelines and resource allocation to ensure delivery within scope and schedule.

Conduct regular status meetings and report project progress to stakeholders and management.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during implementation ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Manage the migration of legacy telephony systems to modern solutions such as VoIP and cloudbased telephony platforms.

Ensure compliance with security privacy and regulatory requirements in telephony system deployments.

Oversee the selection and management of thirdparty vendors and service providers.

Provide postimplementation support and ensure smooth transition to operational teams for ongoing management.

Identify risks propose mitigation strategies and handle any change requests throughout the project lifecycle.

Train and support endusers and technical staff on new systems and features.
