Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for handling their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring their overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Listen to customers concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
Process bookings changes and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate channels when necessary
Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and concerns
Continuously strive to improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
