If you would like to use a sub vendor only 1 level deep please use Formstack link: The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 4 Max Bill Rate: /hour Top Skills & Years of Experience: 5 years experience with programming in COBOL or XGEN. 5 years experience with requirements gathering. 3 years experience with writing test cases. Excellent verbal and written communication A bachelor s degree in a technical area such as mathematics computer science engineering or information systems. Will close submissions on: 9/30 at 10am EST. Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate. Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Remote or Onsite: Candidates MUST be local at time of submission. Hiring manager is not currently interested in candidates who will need to relocate to accept offer. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION.
