Job Title: Skills Assessment Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop skills assessments (technical soft skills etc.) for job candidates and current employees across various departments.
- Conduct job analysis to identify key competencies and develop assessment tools accordingly.
- Collaborate with department leaders and hiring managers to ensure assessments are aligned with role requirements and business needs.
- Implement assessment processes including online tests technical simulations situational judgment tests and other tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of assessment tools and make improvements based on performance data and feedback.
- Administer assessments and coordinate testing schedules for candidates and employees.
- Analyze assessment results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to hiring managers and HR teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee assessment and incorporate new methodologies where appropriate.
- Ensure assessments are fair unbiased and comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
- Provide training and guidance to HR and management teams on assessment processes and interpretation of results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or related field.
- Experience in skills assessment talent evaluation or human resources.
- Strong knowledge of various assessment tools and methodologies for technical and nontechnical roles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret assessment data and provide insights.
- Experience with HR software and testing platforms (e.g. SHL Criteria etc.).
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks and job analysis techniques.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing assessments for different levels from entrylevel to executive positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in IndustrialOrganizational Psychology Human Resources or a related field.
- Certification in HR or talent assessment (e.g. SHRMCP PHR or related).
- Experience with psychometric testing and assessment validation techniques.
- Expereince in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management platforms.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
