Job Description
What awaits you with us
- Your responsibilities will include organizing events from start to finish for different groups (pro clients/stylist influencers press). Tasks include arranging all logistics marketing/promoting strategies postevent evaluations and analyzing metrics
- Youll develop and implement PR strategies build and nurture relationships with key contacts create compelling press releases pitches and media materials that effectively communicate key message and build together with the influencer marketeer our seeding program
- Youll work closely together with your colleagues in the marketing team (influencer marketeer social media specialist and performance marketing manager). Together youll be responsible for creating the full year marketing plan
- You develop ideas and concepts to continuously and sustainably improve the brands content strategy and social media KPIs
- Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align event and PR efforts with business objectives
- Manage and coordinate external agencies freelancers and suppliers to execute projects effectively and within budget

- Youve successfully completed a HBO degree in a relevant field
- You have initial workexperience in event organization an/or public relations ideally in the beauty (hairdressers) industry. (13 years of experience)
- Handson and assertive is your mentality and you are the perfect combination of creative and organizational talent with excellent communication skills
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (French would be a plus)
- You see yourself as a team player (m/f/d) who likes to support your colleagues to achieve the common goal #OneTeamOneDream
