Job Description
Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer
Location: Remote (Local To Texas)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design and build a custom application to support regulatory needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming system specifications into functional applications on the Oracle APEX platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a custom application on the Oracle APEX platform that meets specified business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the system specifications.
- Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts to ensure secure and efficient data handling.
- Integrate daily uploads from current systems into the APEX application ensuring seamless data synchronization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards security policies and best practices including robust data protection measures.
- Manage Oracle databases optimize performance and utilize APEX plugins for extended functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience with web technologies including basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript HTML and CSS for frontend development.
- 3 years of handson experience with Oracle APEX for developing web applications.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL with strong backend programming skills.
- Experience with Oracle database management and optimization.
- Familiarity with integrating APEX plugins to extend application functionality
Certifications:
- Oracle APEX Developer Certified Expert.
- Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate.
