Job Title: Sr. Learning Management System Administrator
Location: Preference is hybrid FC but open to 100% remote candidates as well
Part Time 20 hours a week
Location: 100% Remote (Pacific Time hours) with hybrid options to our Foster City CA site
manager is seeking a SuccessFactors Learning system specialist to join the HR People Technology team.
In this role you will support the business COEs business training administrators and end users.
Essential Duties and Functions:
Responsible for carrying out the operational responsibilities of system configurations data analysis and reporting functions for the business COE
Create edit and maintain training items classes assessments curriculums libraries and assignment profiles
o Teach training admins how to do the point above
Create new reports
o Teach training admins how to run save and/or schedule reports the point above
Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues within defined SLA through ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Audit data discrepancies between multiple HR systems and correct data in SuccessFactors Learning
Provide LMS product capability consultation for content teams; spread awareness about new features/product updates
Perform system upgrades and communicate system changes to impacted parties and process owners
Create and maintain training procedure manuals and guides
Ensure systems are compliant with company system security standards and that security controls are in place.
Request and manage Production to Stage refreshes
Create new users in Stage environment if hired after the last Prod to Stage refresh
Grant admin role to new training admins
Knowledge & Skills:
3 years with hands on SuccessFactors Learning system configuration and system administration experience that demonstrates a solid understanding of how to configure and manage a learning management system
Experience with loading connectors importing tools VLS integrations OTC integrations API integrations editing & managing notifications and updating security roles and domains
Experience with deploying regular updates to largescale enterprise audiences
Familiarity with course design and learning content authoring tools
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Working experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow experience is preferred)
Implementation and knowledge of APIs including integration with thirdparty training providers (i.e. LinkedIn) is a plus*
VLS implementation as systems lead
Required Years of Experience: 3 years with hands on SuccessFactors Learning system configuration and system administration experience
Top 3 Required Skill Sets:
a. Create edit and maintain training items classes assessments curriculums libraries and assignment profiles
b. Audit data discrepancies between multiple HR systems and correct data in SuccessFactors Learning
c. At least 1 VLS implementation as systems lead
Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets:
a. Connector experience

c. Role and Domain Security experience
d. SAP Certified Consultant with Provisioning Access.
