Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Mandarin Procurement Purchasing Supervisor to manage the procurement of essential supplies and build strong relationships with suppliers. In this role you will oversee the endtoend procurement process from sourcing and evaluating suppliers to negotiating contracts ensuring that our supply chain remains efficient and costeffective. Fluency in Mandarin is essential as you will collaborate with Mandarinspeaking suppliers to maintain longterm partnerships and secure the best value for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess suppliers to ensure they meet the companys quality reliability and compliance standards.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize the procurement of essential supplies and services ensuring that all operational needs are met efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts pricing terms and delivery conditions with suppliers to secure costeffective deals while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and surpluses ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster longterm partnerships ensuring continuous supply of highquality materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and best procurement practices throughout the purchasing process.
• Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities supplier performance and costsaving initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing with a strong understanding of the endtoend procurement cycle.
• Proven experience in supplier evaluation contract negotiation and managing supplier relationships.
• Fluency in Mandarin both written and spoken is essential for communication with Mandarinspeaking suppliers.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms without compromising on quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools is an advantage.ent datadriven recommendations.
