Job Description
- Oversee the planning implementation and tracking of SAP projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Develop project objectives goals and implementation plans.
- Manage project budgets and resources.
- Identify assess and manage project risks and issues.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Define and document project scope deliverables and timelines.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
- Facilitate project team meetings and handle any conflicts or issues that arise.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Japanese to be used externally with clients and English to be used to speak with our global branches)
- Around 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in handling SAP projects for at least one full life cycle
- Experience in management responsibility for a team
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Strong problem solving leadership and collaboration skillset
3-4 years experience in Project Management in Japan Experience in handling SAP projects for at least one full life cycle Bilingual (Japanese to be used externally and English to be used internally)
