Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated healthcare agent fluent in Spanish (C2) and Portuguese (C2) to join our team in Szczecin. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and information on pharmaceutical products. Your contribution will be crucial in ensuring high customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for customers handling inquiries and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical products.
- Deliver accurate and timely information through various channels such as phone email and others.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to swiftly address customer concerns and maintain service standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Medicine or related fields is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish (C2) Portuguese (C2) English B2 is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is advantageous.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with a Monday to Friday work schedule between 8 am and 7 pm.

Contract Details:
- Probation Period: The initial contract includes a probation period of 3 months.
- Contract Extension: After the probation period the contract can be extended for 1 year 18 months or Permanent employment at the discretion of the Team Leader.
