Job Description
Reports to a USbased Director with a dotted line with a VP based locally.
Senior Manager Level Individual Contributor
Leads endtoend process improvement initiatives internally companywide.
Steps covered:
1. Data Analysis
2. Solution Design
3. KPI Design
4. Stakeholder Management
5. Project
6. Project Commencement/Hand Over
Minimum Qualifications:
- Expertise in PowerBI SQL and Excel
- Background in Process Mapping
- Background in Process Engineering
- Six Sigma Trained (Certification Not Required)
- Okay with being an individual contributor
- At least 5 years of experience in business transformation/process
- improvement or excellence/continuous improvement
- Bachelors Degree of any discipline
Work Conditions:
- Full onsite work for the first 3 months then hybrid after with 23 days/week onsite work in Pasig
- Travel opportunities within the Philippines depending on the projects being worked on
- Night shift (9:00 pm to 6:00 am/10:00 pm to 7:00 am MonFri)
- Observes the US Holidays
