My client is a highly successful and wellknown Convenience forecourt group with over 10 stores based across Leinster.
Soon to be part of a global retail chain our client is looking to bolster its team in their fastpaced store in one of their Mullingar locations.
This is a progressive and wellknown retail brand with good operating policies and procedures to ensure best practices and healthy business performances. They provide modern training methods by fostering a positive goaloriented working environment.
Enhanced opportunities for career progression to run your own store responsible for budgets staff performances and improving customer experience will be some of the experiences and opportunities available.
A busy retail store with up to 20 staff working in the store with a focus on fresh foods and customer service. For the role of Store Manager our client will offeryearly salary 43 hour contract including bonus staff discount VHI scheme pension and more.
Responsibilities for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensuring the store reaches maximum profitability and achieves other financial objectives
- Ensuring your team demonstrates excellent standards in merchandising customer service and hygiene that reflects well on the groups reputation
- Managing all HR H&S related queries ensuring your retail shop is compliant with all these matters.
Requirements for this Retail Store Manager Job:
- Must be a proven and experienced Retail Grocery Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail food environment ready to step up.
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills are a must must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams under them such as deli charge hands Assistant Managers and Supervisors and other senior staff.
- Commercially astute looking for opportunities to increase revenue by knowing the retail landscape and managing costs effectively and using your supplier network to your advantage.
- Working knowledge of Labour Law Health & Safety regulations HACCP and Consumer Law
