Job Description This is an overall frontline position in dealing with interactions with doujin creators. You will serve as the representative interface within the company. Expanding the number of works is the clear mission of this position.
To increase the number of works you will act in a consultancy capacity for doujin creators.
Currently starting with content translation we are expanding DLsites overseas presence so you may lead translation permissions. Also you may collaborate horizontally with the marketing department to devise strategies aligned with our goals. Additionally our service not only features manga and illustrations but also game content. We are implementing strategies to expand these to apps to reach more users.

Specific Job Responsibilities
Assigned Organization You are expected to be assigned to the doujin team in the Business Promotion Department. This team consists of members who interact with doujin creators as the name suggests within the department responsible for promoting business.

Company Atmosphere In addition to otaku enthusiasts employees from various backgrounds are present all working together to realize the companys vision. Overall many employees have some sort of passion or obsession both in work and in personal life and they respect each others passions and values.
Work Style Considering individual preferences the company balances remote work and office attendance. About 50% of the company works fully remotely and even for employees who come to the office they are required to come in at least three days a week so many employees work remotely for two days a week. Additionally the workday is 7 hours (10:00 to 18:00 with a 1hour break) and the salary does not include overtime pay for hours worked beyond this. While the standard may be an 8hour workday in society in our company and department we want to operate flexibly considering individual circumstances as long as results are delivered.
Personnel System To support the growth of the company in the medium to long term we have introduced a personnel system that emphasizes the development of talents. Based on a grade system evaluations grades and compensation are determined. Milestones both shortterm and longterm are set through individual OKRs based on the missions and business skills defined for each grade ensuring clear evaluation criteria. Additionally since efficiently performing tasks within the 7hour workday is considered a significant indicator working overtime extensively does not lead to higher evaluations.
