Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing paid campaigns SEO and social media strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and experience managing organic search strategies.
  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) across major platforms.
  • Strong content writing skills with the ability to oversee the production of highquality marketing content.
  • Experience in leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics Google Ads Manager Bing Ads and SEO tools such as SEMRush Moz or Ahrefs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in Google Ads Bing Ads or SEO are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive qualified traffic conversions and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Perform onpage and offpage SEO audits ensuring content is optimized according to the latest search engine algorithms.
  • Analyze website performance and suggest improvements to boost visibility and rankings.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc.) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns making datadriven adjustments to improve performance.
  • Manage and grow the companys social media following through consistent engaging and strategic posts.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of highquality content strategies (blog posts articles infographics videos etc.) to support SEO and marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with content writers designers and other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers content creators and social media specialists.
  • Set clear objectives provide regular feedback and ensure the team is motivated and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics SEMRush and Ahrefs to track website traffic SEO progress and the effectiveness of paid campaigns.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on the performance of digital marketing activities providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
