Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify
target audiences industry trends and competitor strategies to update campaign strategies.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales
developers and others to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies that align
with overall business goals.
Advertising Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets allocate resources effectively
and optimize campaign spending to achieve desired outcomes and maximize ROI.
Performance Measurement and Optimization: Measure and report on the performance of all
digital marketing campaigns assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimizing strategies
based on insights.
Innovative Growth Strategies: Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to
increase market reach enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
to optimize campaign effectiveness and user experience.
Customer Journey Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the endtoend customer
experience across multiple channels and touchpoints identifying opportunities for
improvement.
Emerging Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and
technologies providing thought leadership and recommendations for their adoption where
appropriate.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong focus on paid
digital campaigns
Expertise in managing social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and
TikTok
Indepth knowledge of Google Ads PPC campaigns and other paid advertising platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and datadriven decision making
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and manage complex projects
Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics SEMRush etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field (Master s
preferred)
