Job Description

Join Our Team as a Russian Customer Service Representative in Lisbon!

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours a day with an additional lunch break) on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Remuneration: Base salary.

What Youll Do:

Customer Support: Assist customers via email and chat primarily in Russian and occasionally in English.
Inquiries Handling: Help with inquiries related to account and payment processes resolving login and registration issues.
Account Management: Restore and modify emails phone numbers and other account information; handle hacked accounts and restore characters.
Rewards and Payments: Address questions about the reward program tokens and prepaid game cards as well as handle payment inquiries and process refunds.
Data Management: Professionally manage and protect customer data.

Who Were Looking For:

Language Proficiency: Excellent level of Russian (C1C2) and B2 level English both orally and in writing.
