Position: Italian Customer Support Advisor
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Italianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Offer product and service information to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and followup to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Italian (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
