Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role you will leverage your expertise to analyze streamline and enhance our business operations driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements implement datadriven solutions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect analyze and interpret complex data to support decisionmaking processes. Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and assess business processes to recommend and implement improvements. Utilize methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage key operational projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g. finance IT marketing) to address operational challenges and drive initiatives that support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals timelines and outcomes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Operations Management or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business operations analytics or a similar role with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau) and business intelligence software.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
