About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a dynamic Construction Superintendent to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of managing construction projects from start to finish utilizing your expertise in multifamily healthcare and commercial construction projects. Your Mission:
- Oversee Project Operations Ensure daytoday site management coordinating all onsite activities with adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Lead Construction Teams Provide mentorship and guidance to foster collaboration and productivity among your teams ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Scheduling Use MS Project to create and update project schedules keeping subcontractors and stakeholders on track with clear communication.
- Safety Compliance Organize and manage safety meetings ensuring all teams comply with OSHA standards and projectspecific safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance Implement quality control processes oversee subcontractor performance and maintain high standards for construction deliverables.
Core Competencies:
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor construction teams.
- Scheduling Expertise: Proficiency with MS Project to manage schedules and timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA regulations and onsite safety management.
- Quality Management: Strong understanding of quality assurance practices in construction.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of lead superintendent experience in multifamily healthcare or commercial construction.
- Leadership: Proven history of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Project for scheduling and project planning.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction safety processes and regulatory standards.
Skills Required:
- Project Management: Expertise in overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Safety Regulations: Deep knowledge of OSHA and other safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Strong ability to guide and develop teams in the field.
- Quality Control: Commitment to ensuring project standards and quality benchmarks are met.
Certifications:
- OSHA Certification: Required for safety compliance.
- Other IndustrySpecific Certifications: (e.g. PMP or similar leadership certifications) preferred but not mandatory.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Additional training or certifications in construction safety or project management is a plus.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $140000 $160000 based on experience.
- 401(k) matching.

- Flexible scheduling including Summer Fridays and annual team events.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have experience in multifamily healthcare or commercial construction.
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite and live within a 90minute commute to Cape Cod.
