Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. You will play a key role in providing financial insights supporting strategic decisions and driving business growth through accurate forecasting budgeting and financial modeling. This role will closely collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze trends identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decisionmaking.
• Analyze financial performance identifying trends risks and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed variance analyses and management reporting.
• Collaborate with department leaders to optimize financial results.
• Assist in strategic initiatives including mergers acquisitions and capital investments.
• Monitor and improve internal financial processes for increased efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP Oracle).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work crossfunctionally.
• MBA or CFA certification (preferred).

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $90000 $120000 annually based on experience.
