Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Business analysis of user requirements work flows creating use cases policies and procedures.
- Define develop implement and maintain project or departmental (LOB) processes standards or guidelines research recommend and implement new production tools or technologies for projectlevel or departmental (LOBs)use.
- Establish and maintain relationships across teams to establish and/or improve quality process relationships with business partners (LOBs).
- Communicate complex information to different user groups.
- Select photographs drawings sketches diagrams and charts to illustrate material and organize material according to standards regarding order clarity conciseness style and terminology.
- In addition as Business Analyst he/she must organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards regarding order clarity conciseness style and terminology.
- The role expectation is also to maintain records and files of work and revisions.
- Also edit standardize and make changes to material prepared by other SMEs.
- In addition review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope.
- Format content and methods of reproduction and binding.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously Keen eye for details Documenting Cloud Services DevOps CI/CD tool set CI/CD process and roadmap CI/CD web pipelines Business/Customer
