Job Description
***Currently the position is Fully remote but that could change if the Governor decides to call Commonwealth employees back into the office on a fulltime or hybrid basis. The current telework policy is subject to change at the Governors discretion. There may be additional inperson requirements but those would be communicated in advance (team building opportunities conferences trainings etc.).
***For first day processing possible badging and to pick up commonwealthissued equipment candidate must physically report to The Keystone Building located at 400 North Street Harrisburg PA 1NA20. There is metered onstreet/parallel parking in front of and around the building. PennDOT is not responsible for parking costs.***
***Interviews will be virtual via Microsoft Teams.***
***This requisitions current PO is funded through 6/30/25 so use that date in the RTR. Contract end date is dependent on the final schedule and projected needs. Historically additional funding should then last a year and occur from 7/1/256/30/26.***
Job Description:
Senior BAwill (but not limited to):
Support requirements elicitation prioritization validation anddocumentation.
Participate in the planning conducting and evaluation of testingactivities.
Providemeeting agendas and meeting minutes for specified meetings.
Assist with implementation support and outcome documentation.
The SeniorBA will perform various testing and validation activities surrounding the FindMy Ride (FMR) iterative releases as agreed upon by the projects governanceteam. The Senior BA will perform the following testing supportactivities:
Prepare test data.
Coordinates and tests accessibilityconformance.
Collaborateand triage found issues and track to ensure timely resolution.
Test Scripts andOutcomes Reports.
Supporting GoLive activities.
Updating project documentation based on implementationoutcomes.
TheSenior BA will compile implementation documentation into Implementation OutcomeReports that include various documents such as:
RequirementsChange Management Reports.
SeniorBusiness Analyst level is defined as:
Capable of applying the listed knowledge skill competency orperforming the activity independent of supervision.
Mastery of industry standards and best practices for the businessanalysis responsibilities with the ability to contribute improvements to thepractice.
