Job Description
IBC Group is at the forefront of the Web3 revolution driving innovation and growth in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Web3 Social Media Manager to join our team and help us build a strong online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem targeting both cryptonative and noncrypto audiences.
- Create curate and schedule content (text image video) across various social media platforms including Twitter (X) Discord Telegram LinkedIn Reddit and emerging Web3 platforms.
- Engage with the community on a daily basis by responding to comments messages and mentions fostering an inclusive and interactive environment.
- Monitor social media trends and innovations in the Web3 space to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Collaborate with influencers partners and ambassadors to amplify brand reach and participate in key Web3 conversations.
- Manage social media campaigns including NFT drops token launches and event promotions ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics such as engagement reach follower growth and community sentiment and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Stay uptodate with regulatory changes and industry standards in the Web3 space to ensure compliance with social media activities.
- Participate in and create live event coverage (AMAs Twitter Spaces YouTube streams etc.) to promote the brand and interact with the community in real time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager preferably in the Web3 or blockchain space.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem including blockchain technology cryptocurrencies and decentralized applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Web3 space.
