We are an international company looking for a Turkishspeaking Customer Advisor to join our team onsite in Lisbon Portugal. Position: Turkish Customer Advisor
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Turkishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service information orders and general queries.
- Handle complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (written and spoken).
- Proficient in English.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Must be a resident in Portugal with a valid work permit.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon.
