As the Head of Group Applications Services you will lead Axpos IT initiatives for HR ESG compliance IT legal and other divisions ensuring highquality solutions across the business. With a focus on digital transformation you will oversee the modernization of IT platforms feature development and ensure the seamless operation of critical systems in an agile way.
What you will do:
- Lead and operate the HR Digitalization and IT Transformation platforms in IT in a DevOps setup.
- Build and foster a customercentric team with strong IT domain knowledge.
- Ensure stable operations with quick response times and efficient processes.
- Align your teams work with IT colleagues to maximize synergy and security.
What you bring & who you are:
- Masters degree in business economics technology or natural sciences.
- 10 years of experience in large organizations with over 2000 employees.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in agile methodologies and IT system delivery.
- Strong strategic thinking excellent customer relations and solutionoriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of IT tools such as Jira ServiceNow and HR systems like SuccessFactors.
- Fluent in English with German or Spanish being advantageous.

You will be managing a geographically diverse team based in Switzerland and Madrid working closely with multiple divisions within Axpo. The team is committed to delivering innovative IT solutions that drive the companys digital transformation with a focus on agile methodologies and customercentric service delivery.
