Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record of over 5 years in retail management Our Client we are actively seeking a dedicated Area Retail Sales & Dev Manager to oversee and elevate the overall performance of our stores. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership effective team management and a keen focus on enhancing the stores operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the instore teams fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement effective retail management strategies leveraging 5 years of experience to optimize overall store operations.
- Cultivate a customercentric culture ensuring exceptional service and addressing customer feedback promptly.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by strategically managing inventory pricing stock control and promotions.
- Oversee the implementation of streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies to ensure the stores competitiveness.
- Motivate and train the store team providing necessary guidance and support.
- Take charge of licensing and certification requirements ensuring immediate compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement shortterm and longterm plans to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Utilize essential experience to work within a target and budget store and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of implemented budgets.
- Daily tasks to be completed in each store.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to execute alreadymade decisions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations ensuring a safe and compliant store environment. Level 3 will be a plus.
- Strategic thinker capable of implementing effective store management practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and address customer needs.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and bring those observations to the monthly meeting as market changes vary in different stores and do not work in all.
