Tittle: Project Manager
Location: Christiansburg VA Onsite
Long term contract
Roles and responsiblites
- Minimum of 10 years IT experience
- At least 57 years of experience with Technical Production support team Incident management prioritization of incidents bridge call coordination
- Prior experience with Java / AWS stack either as a developer or managing development projects with the given stack
- Should have prior experience managing Production support teams
- Experience with ServiceNow for executive reporting
- Hands on experience with SQL is preferred
- Experience with Telecom client would be nice to have
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Good to have prior experience with service based IT firms such as Infy CTS TechM or Wipro
- Should be OK to relocate to Christiansburg VA on Day 1
