Hourly Range: xx32.00 xx42.30
Salary Range: xx59904 xx83.616

25% Perm Placement Fee

Bonus: Our bonus program offers a xx300 per month attendance bonus xx50 for picking up a 4hour shift xx100 for picking up an 8hour shift and absolutely NO MANDATION! Thats an additional xx12.50 per hour for every shift you pick up!

*Facility has resident cat and dog onsite*

*Must have own/reliable transportation there is no ride share available in this area. Must be comfortable driving in snow and ice.*

Registered Nurse Supervisor
To assist the Director of nursing and supervise personnel activities of the Nursing Department.
  • Responsibility for all aspects of resident care.
  • Communicating with family/responsible parties concerning resident condition changes in condition and changes in treatment.
  • Communicate resident status with physician and report changes in condition appropriately.
  • Perform treatments per facility policy.
  • Documenting care that is provided and assure that practices are consistent with facility policies and procedures.
  • Oversee LPN staff and CNA staff and ensure assignments are completed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate Registered Nurse license in Michigan Required.
  • Bachelors Preferred.
  • BLS Certification Required.
  • Caregiving: 3 years in supervision Required.
  • Experience and/or education in Geriatric nursing Required.
  • Can provide Covid Vaccination Card but not needed If exempt please provide in additional note section and the client will provide form to be filled out where you will include a statement from the candidate.
  • Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress related to working with persons who are ill disabled elderly and/or emotionally upset.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent literacy and writing documentation communications and interpersonal abilities.
  • Must be able to use tools and equipment required.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

  • BLS

  • Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Rotating weekends
On Call Requirements : Client agreements terms apply
