Job Description
BACKFILL ASAP START NEEDED!
This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure
This position is responsible for assessing the needs of each patient before and during a surgical procedure
and maintains patient safety. The RN outlines individual care plans implements evaluates and documents
care of patient during surgical procedures. Provides leadership to the OR team. Communicates with the
patient and family OR team supervisor manager and ancillary departments. Participates in staff
development through preceptorship and continuing education
Requirement description :
- 2 Years of Experience Required
- Travel Required
- Open Heart Experience Required
On Call rate is xx9.00 for this position
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (MI State License/Lara & BLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50 mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at time of Submission
Weekend Requirements : Every 3rd
On Call Requirements : 2 Days/Week
