Senior Tool Designer Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support
Design & Implement Product Test tooling/Fixtures.
Design & Implement weld tooling/Fixtures.
Design & Implement Product Test tooling/Fixtures.
Design & Implement weld tooling/Fixtures.
Process planning.
Material handling equipment design.
Creating & updating standard operating procedures CN and DOU the process.
Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost.
Systematic layout planning production planning & control.
Lean implementation.
Racking system design for material stack up.
Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
Design of Quality checking gauges.
Complete ECN work support.
Material flow and standardization process support.
Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
Vendor engagement/Offshore team coordination for project requirements.
Supporting the continuous improvement process.
