Industrial Painter/Blaster
Pay: $19/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Day and Night Shifts Available
Employment Type: TemptoHire
Location: Catoosa OK
About the Role:
Were seeking a talentedIndustrial Painter/Blasterto join our team in Catoosa. This is your chance to showcase your skills in preparing painting and finishing metal surfaces with precision. If you thrive in a handson fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Review work orders and follow detailed instructions for each project.
- Mix paints to achieve custom colors and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Protect nonpaint areas using masking tape and drop cloths.
- Apply coatings such as enamel epoxy and lacquer using spray guns.
- Operate forklifts and cranes to handle materials and maintain accurate production records.
- Perform abrasive blasting to meet surface preparation specifications.
- Use DFT measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines in a fastpaced setting.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial painting or blasting.
- Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and wear a respirator.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active during shifts.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Team player who can work efficiently with others.
