We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Mechanic to join our team. Requirements
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent production downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using logic controllers voltmeters ohmmeters and ammeters.
- Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that machinery is running smoothly and safely.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical certification or vocational training in industrial mechanics mechanical engineering or related fields preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to adhere to them in all situations.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical components.
- Bilingual Spanish English for effective communication within the team.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters ohmmeters and ammeters.
- Ability to analyze complex mechanical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is preferred.
- Technical sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Job Type: Fulltime
Hours: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 11:30pm (2nd shift)
