Job Summary:

We re currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products and procedures through rigorous inspections implementation of quality control measures and identification of areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues drive continuous improvement and contribute to building highquality products that exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or quality assurance exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
  
• Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents fixes and improvements.
  
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  
• Maintain the Inward material inspection Inprocess inspection & PDI reports.
  
• Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications conducting visual and measurement tests and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
  
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
  
• Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible.
  
• Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.
  
• Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes.
  
• Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order).
  
• Review current quality documentation.
  
• Must have good knowledge of raw materials measuring instruments quality documents etc.
  
• Required to handle quality related queries of customers independently.
  
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
  
• Basic knowledge of electrical components will be an added advantage.

Requirements and skills

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
  
• Handson experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
  
• Indepth understanding of technical documentation.
  
• Great attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Team spirit.
  
• Good analytical skills.
  
• Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
  

Educational Qualification: Diploma Graduate with technical background (DME/BE)

Work experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in quality
