Requirements
As an Account Director you will lead and manage one of Noboxs biggest account ins LATAM overseeing the account management and project management teams to ensure highquality deliverables are executed on time. You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams ensuring the development of impactful clientfocused strategies while maintaining financial health across accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and coordinate Account and Project Managers to ensure timely highquality deliverables. Provide mentorship and foster team collaboration.
Client Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts ensuring client satisfaction and smooth of campaigns and projects.
Strategy and Collaboration:
Work with creative and strategy teams to develop innovative solutions. Provide clear feedback to align deliverables with client objectives.
Financial Oversight:
Manage P&Ls budgets and cost estimations. Ensure financial health across accounts and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial targets.
Business Development:
Lead pitches for new business opportunities and identify growth potential within current accounts.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
5 years in account management with a focus on social media and digital marketing.
Skills:
Expertise in social media digital strategy and financial management (P&L budgeting). Strong team management and client communication skills.
