Our values
This is a fulltime position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 23 times per week.
Drive Klars presence across both traditional and digital media with a strong focus on TV outofhome (OOH) radio and social media. Develop integrated campaigns that ensure Klars media strategy aligns with brand goals effectively engages target audiences and reaches customers across multiple platforms.
Use insights and analytics to guide brand strategy continually assessing brand performance identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing Klars impact. Key performance metrics will include brand awareness growth campaign ROI digital engagement and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop standout campaigns that reinforce Klars identity and set us apart in a competitive marketplace. Execute Klars brand strategy establishing Klar as a leading brand in fintech and ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Oversee budget allocation for media and brand initiatives ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize brand impact and ROI. Ensure projects have a clear timeline making sure all stages of the process are produced efficiently by all stakeholders from ideation to final execution.
Lead and inspire a highperforming marketing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability. Actively inspire and educate the team with cultural insights and trends in the Mexican market.
