Job Description
Oversee and manage all financial operations in Mexico ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting taxation financial analysis and capital management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance department ensuring effective financial management and accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with both local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership in financial strategy planning and risk management to support the companys business objectives.
- Work closely with both local teams and global headquarters to maintain the financial health of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 10 years of financial management experience.
- Native level of Chinese.
- Extensive background in the express delivery industry.
- Strong financial analysis strategic planning and capital management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex financial operations effectively.
- Expertise in overseeing all aspects of financial operations including accounting taxation financial analysis and capital management.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities to lead the finance department and ensure operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial performance providing strategic recommendations and improving business profitability.
- Knowledge of local and international financial regulations to ensure full compliance.
- English proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
