You will be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships with personnel across the organisation quickly. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of operational activities and their practical application in the workplace.
This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to be able to multitask have excellent planning and time management skills be a team player and be prepared to move seamlessly from one task to another in what is a busy environment.
Key Tasks:
- The processing into employment of clients care teams
- To ensure documentation is processed and recorded correctly and is in compliance with HCD policies/ CQC and GDPR
- Process leavers and archive in line with GDPR
- To be responsible for DBS documentation across the company
- To raise any queries or concerns relating to criminal disclosures
- To be responsible for updating and maintaining the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set
- To issue ID badges
Requirements
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation and Intermediate qualifications or be willing to work towards
- Business Administration level 2 or able to work towards.
- Experience of working with HR procedures
- Ability to build positive relationships with managers colleagues and Trade Union representatives
- Willingness to interpret HR Legislation to comply with the company policy of client choice
- Be punctual flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet any changing needs of the company in line with the care industry requirements
- Confident and competent IT skills
