In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email providing accurate and timely information
- Process customer requests
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation
- Generate reports on customer service metrics and activities
- Identify and support with complex customer requests
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications :
- Experience in customer service or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Customerfocused mindset with a friendly and empathetic approach
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and company procedures
