Job Description

- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as pleadings discovery and case management orders.
- Assist attorneys in scheduling and preparing for depositions mediations and trials including sending out notices hiring court reporters/videographers etc.
- Obtain organize and maintain medical records imaging bills and other materials for client cases.
- Electronically file legal documents in Illinois State and Federal Courts.
- Correspond effectively with opposing counsel experts witnesses and clients.
- Provide support during legal proceedings including coordinating case schedules and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Experience you will need:
- 35 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a medical malpractice or personal injury environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiar with discovery in personal injury cases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
