What you will be doing:

This is a fulltime remote role for a Litigation Associate. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for attending court hearings conducting legal research drafting legal motions taking and defending depositions and other litigationrelated tasks as needed.

Experience you will need:

  • Law degree and admission to the California state bar
  • Experience conducting legal research and drafting legal motions
  • Experience taking and defending depositions
  • Familiarity with state and federal courts and procedures
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Preferred to be able to attend in person court hearings site inspections etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area
Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days
