- To support cost analysis and control prepare and evaluate monthly claims and maintain the document flow for ongoing projects.
- Support the tender process including tender calling evaluation analysis and preparation of tender reports.
- Capable of performing measurements and takeoffs during the precontract postcontract and final contract stages.
- Maintaining an organized and systematic documentation filing system for both outgoing and incoming contract correspondence.
- To support cost estimation pricing and procurement activities for future developments.
- Accountable for contract administration in compliance with the Code of Conduct (COC).
- Participate in meetings as needed.Review and compile the final account for submission to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Contract Management or any equivalent.
- At least 5 8 years related working experience is required.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
