This is a remote position.
- Create and design content for NLC live and online events focusing on social media and print materials to drive attendance particularly from real estate agents.
- Develop a cohesive strategy to promote NLC events through social media public relations and print working closely with stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand goals.
- Develop and maintain a B2B communication strategy for Lead focused on promoting Lead Wholesale Lending products to business clients.
- Support Lead recruiting events by creating content that drives awareness and attendance using social media print email and public relations strategies.
- Collaborate with Lead Account Executives to create social media content flyers and marketing automation awareness campaigns that increase brand visibility and promote events.
- Work closely with leadership from both Next Level Coaching and Lead to identify their marketing needs and ensure Summit s marketing team provides full support.
- Meet weekly with NLC and Lead stakeholders to determine project priorities and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to delegate tasks and ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Partner with the Internal Communications/PR Manager to develop a PR communication strategy for Lead that increases brand awareness and supports business growth.
- Execute PR strategies to build stronger relationships with external partners and media outlets to promote both Lead and NLC events and offerings.
- Create and manage content for both NLC and Lead including social media posts digital media print materials and internal communications.
- Develop creative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and awareness for both brands.
- Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets design expectations including turnaround times corrections and approvals.
- Manage the workflow from initial design through production ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Handle special projects as assigned prioritizing tasks and developing new design projects as they arise.
- Maintain and update the brands social media channels ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Create social media content tailored to the needs of each brand ensuring that posts are engaging relevant and aligned with brand strategies.
- Event Attendance Growth: Achieve or exceed attendance goals for NLC and Lead events particularly in driving real estate agent attendance to NLC events and business clients to Lead events.
- B2B Awareness: Develop and launch a comprehensive B2B communication strategy for Lead with measurable improvements in brand visibility and engagement from business clients.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure that both Next Level Coaching and Lead stakeholders report a high level of satisfaction with the support and marketing efforts provided as measured through regular feedback.
- Brand Consistency and Awareness: Ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines for both NLC and Lead maintaining consistent messaging and design across all platforms.
- Content and Campaign Effectiveness: Track the performance of social media campaigns email marketing and public relations efforts optimizing based on metrics such as engagement clickthrough rates and conversion to event attendance.
- Project Completion and Support: Consistently meet or exceed project deadlines ensuring that both brands receive timely and effective marketing support.
