Role Overview:
As a FrenchSpeaking Content Moderator your primary responsibility will be reviewing and moderating usersubmitted content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and policies. Youll play a vital role in identifying and addressing any inappropriate or harmful content while fostering a positive user experience. Fluency in both French and English is crucial as youll be handling content and communicating with users in both languages.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in our Sofia office and 3 days remote work providing you with flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team.
Key Duties:
- Content Review: Monitor and moderate a variety of content types including text images and videos in French ensuring they comply with community guidelines and platform standards.
- Policy Adherence: Implement content moderation policies by removing or flagging content that violates rules and escalating cases as necessary.
- User Support: Respond to user inquiries and contentrelated issues providing assistance in both French and English.
- Accuracy & DecisionMaking: Ensure high accuracy in content moderation and make informed decisions regarding potentially harmful content.
- Escalation of Issues: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex or sensitive content moderation cases.
- Monitoring Trends: Track emerging trends in content and user behavior providing insights to improve moderation strategies.
- Recordkeeping: Accurately document moderation actions and decisions using internal systems.
- Process Improvement: Offer feedback and recommendations on content moderation processes contributing to the continuous improvement of community guidelines.
Requirements:
