Role Overview:

The Industrial General Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and success of Filinvest Land Inc.s industrial projects. This executive position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in industrial real estate development project management and business operations. The Industrial General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development management and profitability of industrial projects ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Development:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for industrial projects to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for new industrial developments.
• Collaborate with senior management to align industrial project goals with the companys overall strategy.

• Leasing / Sales and Marketing Management:

• Project Management:
• Oversee the planning development and of industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project teams contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.

• Business Operations:
• Manage the daytoday operations of industrial properties ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Oversee leasing tenant relations and property management activities.

• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets financial forecasts and performance metrics for industrial projects.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to senior management.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors tenants government agencies and industry partners.
• Represent FLI in industry forums conferences and networking events.

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate Engineering or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial real estate development with a proven track record of successful project management and business operations.
• Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Indepth knowledge of industrial real estate market trends regulations and best practices.
