What Youll Do: As a Support Agent youll manage inquiries from clients of a prominent financial institution through calls chat and email. From helping with online banking to providing product information your daily tasks will involve:
- Assisting customers via calls chat and email
- Explaining product features and marketing promotions
- Managing card services appointments and client inquiries
- Supporting marketing campaigns
